- 425 gblack beans, canned, rinsed and drained
- 0.5 pcsyellow onion, finely chopped

- 0.25 cupvegetable broth
- 1 cuprice, uncooked, cooked according to package directions

The method

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
